Installed Pedders xtreme coil overs, no room for dust covers on rear shock

Hey, as the title states I put coil overs on the car and everything was pretty straightforward, 3rd time putting suspension on this platform, but when Installed the adjustment knobs on the rear shocks, it was too tall for the stock dust covers. Are guys setting it and then taking the knob off? Aftermarket cover? Or just running without a cover? TIA
