I'm reasonably fussy about droning noise on a road trip, but I run in sport mode without a problem.

Haven’t put many miles on mine because we got a huge ice storm right after I bought it, but I did notice some vibration/road noise and I couldn’t pinpoint it but seemed to be passenger door area. but the back road I was on wasn’t great either, it went away on the highway. The exhaust is super loud by design even in normal mode, would definitely switch to quiet on a road trip, but just cruising around…I usually just crank the radio to offset road noise. Absolutely no regrets about my configuration (M6, 700A) and find the ride very comfortable. Road noise and exhaust I can deal with, as its natural…but vibrating rattles drive me crazy, so hopefully there aren’t many of those.

The Sport exhaust mode rattles I heard while driving a GT all seemed to be from the rear, perhaps where the rear seats latch.

They went away with the exhaust in normal or quiet modes.

Except for exhaust (AE) and a little engine noise, my GT is a very quiet car with NO rattles, squeaks or any of that malarky. It's a joy on the highways....at least mine is. Sport exhaust has no issues in mine. I drive in Track or Normal.....nothing in between.

Having engineering background I started checking the electrical architecture of the 2024 Mustang and I am very impressed with it. The number of networks and the software protocols needed to make this vehicle function is very impressive! The vehicle Network Gateway Module that is there is able to handle the following communications busses; 2HS-CAN, 3FD-CAN and 4 Ethernets. There are up to 32 networked modules in the vehicle. It is a very cool mixed network architecture and cudo goes to the Ford Mustang Hardware and Software Engineers that made this architecture possible and working in the GT and the DH.

I love my DH black beauty, stick shift with Recaros is awesome and I baby my DH through winter in my garage till spring break outs for some rides! Mine has Kooks long tube headers and AWE mufflers on it! Love being noisy in the neighborhoods when I come out of the garage! Might plan supercharger or turbocharger later on in my dreams! I am just happy with it regards whatever people think that I am nuts at 69 years old gray haired guy! Wanna have some fun!
