Hood Alignment Knobs

Hey guys! I'm having an issue with my '26 GT and it's been a thorn in my side ever since I got the car 2 months ago. For some reason, I can not get the hood to align up with the front bumper. I've brought it to the dealer 3 times and they adjusted the 2 knobs under the hood on each front side. They got it a little better but it's still off. I spent more time on it myself trying to adjust the alignment by adjusting the knobs and got it better but it's still not to my liking. Right now I have the left knob turned all the way in and the right knob almost all the way out and it looks the best I could get it. It just bugs the hell out of me that with the money I spent on this car, at least this should be good enough so that it's not noticable. It doesn't help that the car is white because it's more noticable. So my question is, is it ok that the hood knobs are so differently adjusted from one another to make it look even? Could it cause any damage? Should reset both knobs so they are both out the same even though the hood will look unaligned? Going back to the dealer will just make them do the same adjustment they did before. They obviously don't know how to fix it. What would you do? It's driving me crazy! See picture!

It looks to me like the gaps on both sides are close but it's tighter near the middle of the hood?

@WhiteDream26 ..... it does not matter at all that the two adjustment nuts are set differently. That is why they are adjustable. I may be wrong but I think the front portion of the grille - the white section on top that abuts the hood edge is "plastic" it may be slightly deformed. Not much to do about it. That was the case on my 2014. It was Oxford white so I noticed it at first. I adjusted the best I could then forgot about it. The trunk on my 2026 GT was slightly misaligned from the factory. I solved it 99% by using the adjusting nuts. At first I screwed them out too far and the trunk leaked so I had to turn them in a bit. My 2026 GT seems to fit pretty well everywhere. By that I mean about as well as most modern mass produced vehicles. BTW after adjusting the trunk on my 2024 GT it seemed to go out of alignment. A friend who used to own a dealership said set the nuts where you want then put a dab of clear nail polish on the thread. Worked great. If you have to re adjust them in the future putting some acetone on a q-tip will dissolve the nail polish......just when you think you've heard it all.
