Does my 2025 Mustang GT with 6-speed manual transmission have hill hold that keeps one from rolling back when stopped on a hill? I read somewhere that they all have it (even with auto transmission), yet I cannot find any place on any console screen that has an on/off control, so I wondered if it was an option.

I might be showing my age here, but why does anyone need that?
There is a handbrake.
But better still learn to heel and toe. Braking with the ball of your foot and blipping the accelerator with your heel. This is how you downshift while braking hard without stressing the clutch and gearbox, and it's how you can hold the car on the brakes while engaging the clutch.
And, people will think you're a driving God.

I've been heel and toeing and rev matching for nearly 60 years in a Lotus. The Ford is a bit bigger and way heavier. Until I've become accustomed to this cluctch, I would rather not stall and roll backward into a car immediately behind me if there is a system aboard which prevents it.

Fair enough. But if you've been doing it for 60 years you're already a driving God:bow:
