Hellion 60-130 times

Hello guys, I’m wondering if any of you guys have any info on 60-130 times with a hellion kit. I tried looking all over but couldn’t seem to find any for the s650 at least. I’ve already done all supporting mods and really just trying to decide whether I go with hellions 62/62b kit or if I go with an ess g3r kit which is commonly seen doing 4.xx 60-130s.

I would vote G3R. For the price and simplicity you cant beat it. Here’s my S650 with a G3R for reference. 100% stock engine with supporting mods.

It still blows my mind (see what I did there)... back in the day, all of the engine work, suspension work, and just a LOT of work to get timeslips like that... now just buy a new car, slap a simple bolt on and go... FAST!

Hellion Mustangs have gone 60-130 in 2.79 seconds.

It just depends upon what you want. Turbos are very versatile, and, with an eboost controller you can basically dial it back to mellow anytime you want.

More typical times are going to be in the 4s.

Brevin, whose impressive car is posted in post #2, using the ESS, is running 8.69 in the quarter mile.

So you need to decide whether you are building one of these maximum sort of builds or something more typical. More typical is going to be 4s.

Are you installing a forged short block? What about a built transmission? Axles? Drive shaft? What are you doing or traction on the rear tires?

I can't find anybody doing less than 3.3 seconds on the street, but that is not the same thing as nobody has done it.
