For someone with a non-Handling Package Dark Horse who wants to run a 305 square tire setup for track use, has anyone experimented with the GT350R OEM springs?

I’ve heard that the GT350R springs may not lower the front of the S650, while lowering the rear slightly, which would help level the car and eliminate some of the factory rake. I’ve also heard that they increase the spring rate compared with the standard Dark Horse springs.

Has anyone actually run this setup on a non-HP Dark Horse, particularly with 305s square? I’m interested in real-world feedback on ride height, handling, and whether there are any clearance issues.

Also, has anyone purchased the Handling Package springs directly through Ford for a non-HP Dark Horse? I’m also looking for a set of OEM HP springs or takeoffs if anyone has a set for sale.

I’d prefer to stay with the HP spring ride height rather than going with lowering springs, so I’m trying to avoid dropping the car any lower than the factory HP setup.

Any information or firsthand experience would be greatly appreciated.
