Long story. It was built in September and ~2 weeks ago I was told Ford was scrapping the VIN and I needed to reorder.

For generously offered to honour the original MSRP, which is interesting since the MSRP did not change.

Possibly because you ordered the performance package that comes with temperature sensitive summer tires. The factory might not want to ship it until warmer weather.
