You said you want OEM part numbers for these wheels. Those are the OEM part numbers of those wheels. And they are NOT mat black as you said.
The Mustang S650 doesn't come with these wheels as these wheels are from the S550.
You even said that these wheels are PP1 wheels, so you know these are the wheels from the previous generations.
