That recall letter will have been sent before the systems were updated by the dealer.

My letter was dated 25th November and arrived yesterday.

Yup same was dated 25th.
Recall was performed on the 24th, Dealer have confirmed they submitted the paperwork to Ford on the 24th. But Ford can take upto a month to process this as it's not digital / automated as such.

Just made me laugh really.

My free trial came to an end and I didn't extend it. Good thing I didn't if they're shutting it down 3 months later??

Just checked the app tho and seems that I have the BCM recall. Nice to have been notified about it and not hidden deep within an app. Oh wait

I just received my notification in the mail for the 25C43 recall here in Switzerland. Don't really know how urgent I should take it . But it's good to see some of your feedbacks to know what to expect.

To each his own but I'm not doing mine before the Spring. My car very seldom gets wet and mostly when hand washed. Hopefully, by the time Spring rolls around the dealer will have done a bunch of these. Good luck! Glenn

Had my car serviced today. Recall was not done and it seems the dealer not especially keen on doing it either as it makes such a mess and they are not convinced if there is a leak that it would be along term fix anyway. Apparently they have done some and not others depending on customer preference. No evidence of water leak on mine so I am happy to leave it outstanding.
