Yes the nice young lady said mine was the first one they had booked in.Sounds like your dealer hasn't done one yet ...
I do need to check in with mine to see how they got on with the first one they started last Friday. Mine is booked in for an 8:30 in the morning start, it's only listed as checking to see if it needs the fix rather than applying it.
All seems very odd though -the call I first made was about the Vin letter actually received of which she had no knowledge but then when talking she mentioned the second one which I had no letter for.
Using the online portal there is also only mention of the Vin one.
As you say it sounds like the BCM one may be a look at before deciding and of course until the garage gets the revised sticker they cant do that anyway ?!
I've emailed the service manager as whilst not bothered I think I need to change the date as can just see issues with this !
