Exactly. I wish they would have kept the M240i look with just some wider fenders.

Why though? No tremec, no V8, not 500 hp, a subscription for heated seats(!) and other basic amenities the mustang will have standard, and not as good looking(tbh, it is not nearly as bad as the m3/m4 twins).

Any company that has the ………..to charge people a subscription for something that’s already built into the car they already paid for doesn’t deserve my business.

I like the S550 exterior better than the S650. I just love the interior and technology on the S650. The issue I may have with the Mustang is the build materials for the interior. From the looks of it, have yet to sit in one, the materials don't look that much better than the S550. Which is quite a bit of a letdown vs. the BMW. The pricing is going to be very close between the M2 and the DH.

Interesting. .Beauty is always in the eyes of the beholder. For me, the interior and exterior on the s650 are superior. But I’m a guy who loves progressive, modern design. Manyprefer a more classic look.

The m2 is just plain fugly.
Something really wrong happened at bmw design in the last couple of years.
They hired some people who are stuck in the 70s and can’t escape.
The m2 looks like the old m2 married to bmws newly revealed design vision, which is a horrendous backward step, sadly. For a company whose been killing it in terms of design for the last decade, this is truly sad to see.

There are certain elements of the S550 I like better and there are certain elements of the s650 I like better as far as the exterior is concerned. To be frank I'm holding out of my actual opinion till I see the car live.

Just called around, the wait list is already 2 years long at a lot of dealers for the M2. Way to early to even thinking about it. I am in my 2020 S550 for at least another 2 years anyway. Love my Stang...
