Fog lights with 15000 lumens

I get mega-powerful lighting for off-road use, but blinding oncoming traffic seems like a highly self-defeating endeavour.

The OEM headlight wars are bad enough without the thermonuclear aftermarket additions.

Yes I know this is why I asked the question online. The FOG light will be reduce to +- 2100Lumens in the 2700-3000k.

The look will also be very different then what fog lights usually looks like. I will get my car back of storage on the 13 so give me about a week and I will show you what the final will look. (At this point I cannot 3D scan the part where the fog should go and I don't want to pay 200 for a part I will never use)
