I would assume it is probably close if they made these with the intention of being for mustangs. However it looks easily paintable if not

Ironically the tow hooks I bought for my Bronco came in a color super close to Grabber blue and I sanded and sprayed them OEM FJG/Cactus Gray. Only took about an hour plus a day to cure. Looks stock
