I’m getting back to owning a car after a 45 year absence from cars. Trucks and SUV’s were my upgrade vehicles.

So it’s a safe bet my 60th Convertible came with F&R sway bars.

i have an abundance of Ford Points, any reason or reasons to buy the Ford Performance sway bars other than using up points?

will there be any noticeable HOW / BIS aka Hands On Wheel / Butt In Seat changes?

looking for input from people who’ve upgraded with runtime experience

thanks

I recently installed the ford performance front and rear sway bars. Was a lucky find on marketplace so got them for half off brand new since the guy was trying to get rid of them. But I have it on a coupe and I can say it makes a huge difference in body roll. I have it on the softest setting on both front and rear. Haven’t tried the stiffest setting but just depends on what you’re going for with your car. I wanted a better handling street car so I have a bunch of Ford Performance and Steeda upgrades that don’t make the ride too rough.

Thanks, the kind of feedback I was looking for.

projected use of ours isa day tripper when weather agrees for the top down to find a new ice cream place or bakery. Two old farts cruisin but still enjoy a zippy ride.
