My 2024 ecoboost has a DISTANT pulsating/throbbing sound only at idle, if you barely increase revs it goes away. This happens in all gear sbut more noticeable in D. I have been told by one dealer it is the high pressure fuel pump (normal noise), another dealer went hunting for the sound, put the car on a lift with someone sitting in it, in D, and idling. I was under the car with the service mgr and could not hear it. Does anyone else's car make this sound?

It may be your a/c compressor putting a load on it at idle. Turn off your a/c and see if it goes away. My 25 does this as well.

Does it sound almost like an engine rattle? Like a chuckachuckachucka sound?

I had that on a '25 Eco when lugging at low RPM, and my '26 GT does it too. Both my '24 Eco and '25 GT did not do this. But since it's present on both an Eco and GT, I suspect it's just how Ford builds them now, something changed. I went down the rabbit hole of wondering if it was my serpentine belt, timing chain issue, A/C compressor (sounded a lot like the Youtube videos I found on those), and eventually gave up. I once heard it when my '26 GT was off, so pretty sure it's something electronic/solenoid-related
