I recently got my driver door mid speaker changed for the second time in past Year and a half.

they told me last time that the bracket itself was broken which might be the reason behind this rattle.
And now after few weeks it is happening again.

When I had speaker rattle on certain frequencies on my old Mustang, the fix was to remove the speaker cover and add foam insulation to the part that covered the speaker. I think the best thing to do is to blast the same exact song while removing the door panel, and isolate where it's coming from. It could be extremely powerful bass that makes some plastic part resonate.

On my old car, the song to test the rattle was "the tale of great ulysses" by cream. The beginning of the song made the speakers rattle badly. But not always, on certain days :)
