Door card rattle - FIXED

I have very annoying door rattles on both doors seemingly near the driver defogger vent/upper door speaker area. Driver side is really bad. I will have to take it apart and take a look. Tried pressing hard on everything from speaker area to A/C vents to A-pillar trim, even tried pushing on the cowl trim on the exterior of the car and the windshield area--can't identify the source.

I have had this issue before. The dealer said the window defrost air duct was loose. They said the only way to replace the air duct was to replace the door panel so they replaced the entire door panel.

Glad you fixed your door panel…..not sure why you called it a door card.

It's door card in the UK. Damned if I know why. Maybe from 50's English cars which were part cardboard.
And I'm not kidding.
