Does Sync 4 lag?

Been seeing some vids on youtube with people complaining about slight lag with the sync 4 stuff, anyone here experience that?

Also I like playing my music off my usb memory stick in the car, does sync 4 have a decent menu option for that?

I can't speak to the capabilities of playing music off a USB drive, but I use Sync 4 in 2 vehicles and the delay/lag is unpredictable. Sometimes it'll react to a track change or a menu touch in a second, sometimes it takes 5, and sometimes it'll simply freeze, crash, and reboot. It needs a significant software improvement.

Mine lags at times, though most of the time it's fine. A shut down restart usually fixes any lag

The USB menu is not the easiest to navigate, though love that option. If you organize it into folders on the drive it makes it a little nicer for manually navigating, though you can use voice commands to play a song on the USB.

Speedometer lags behind rpm gauge but otherwise on occasion the software does seem to pause and think it over every once in awhile. Unfortunately unable to replicate on demand so extremely frustrating to both experience and attempt to resolve.

I experience lag when changing tracks. It's about 1.5 seconds between when I hit the "next" button and the track changes.
