I was thinking of adding the Dark Horse handling package sway bars to my base GT. Was curious if anyone has done this set up and what they thought about it. Would seem like a pretty decent upgrade for the price. Any other handling package bits to round out this upgrade?

Why is it an 'upgrade'?

DH has different spring and damper rates to the GT, how does the thicker ARB / Sway bar interact with that? Could make it 'worse'!

This is kind of what I was wondering. In the past I had a LT1 trim level Camaro. It was essentially a stripped down SS. Basically just the 6.2 V8 and 3.73 rear end. None of the cooling and track bits. Anyways I added some BMR springs and non adjustable sway bars. It seemed to make the entire ride worse. Like if I remember correctly it made the rear end feel less predictable and looser. Trying not to make the same mistakes on the Mustang. But the Camaro sure looked good though. (Pics to confirm :cwl:)

I think that I saw somewhere that the Dark Horse Handling Pack sway bars are the same from the GT350. I also think I saw some of the S550 guys put those sway bars on their car. For the life of me I cant find those posts anymore. Maybe it was a fever dream and I never saw it to begin with lol. I have the Ford Performance springs already installed on my Mustang and my reasoning would be that those springs would more or less simulate the spring rates and ride height of the Dark Horse with the handling package installed.
