Pack manutention, or "Handling Package" in Francais.
Salut,
Something to be mindful of with the Pack Manutention cars in-particular is the undercarriage.
I have a 2022 car, so it might not be the exact same. At the front splitter, outside, I have 6 inches / 15.24 cm to the ground. But that is deceptive. The belly pan underneath flows lower still. At it's lowest, I have a gap of only 4.5 inches or 11.43 cm to the ground.
The lowness can be an issue, if dealing with steep inclines (driveways) or speed bumps. Using the 2022 as a reference, Ford advises any grades steeper than 7 degrees can lead to scraping underneath.
For those driving their cars in city or on a daily basis, a non-HP car is often preferred. If the car is more of a weekend or track car, the Pack Manutention might not be as much of an issue.
ok thanks Skye,
In Europe, we don't have the DH option pack.
Otherwise, Steeda springs and a few accessories will do the trick.
On my GT 2021, Steeda 555-8242 springs are perfect in terms of height.
