I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but this worked fine up until the 8/20/24 update. So I set up Normal, and custom and no matter which cluster theme I set each to it goes back to calm. I've tried both cluster theme follows mode and set all to the same theme and that doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

It’s a glitch. My resets to something different every 4-5 times. It’s annoying.

So I played around and discovered that at least with my car, the only time the cluster display has a mind of it's own is when I set it to Cobra 99-01 cluster as default or in custom. If I select any other cluster it sticks to that cluster.

So when you guys are deleting your profile, how are you doing that? Is this the profile for the switches on the door or in the info system? I can't find a method for doing this?

Did you program a profile to your key? If so its known to bug out, pretty sure Ford still hasnt fixed it.

Yes I did.
The seats, mirrors seem to work fine. Does that control the cluster theme as well?

Main reason I deleted a profile connected to my key was because the cluster would never save the way I wanted it to. Don't really need this feature if you are the only one who drives the car.
