I just recently started hearing that noise as well when you apply pressure to the Brake Pedal. Brake performance is still solid though but that's strange.

I also have this noise, i complained twice and dealer says they checked with technicians and its normal....

That is 100% not normal…. Ford ended up buying my car back as a lemon because of this.

But why wouldn't they just replace the brake cylinder instead of the whole car, sounds illogical to skip to such conclusion from their end...

It's illogical to not fix a problem and avoid buying a car back. My car doesn't make that noise but there have been other complaints about it here. I guess it's just math to Ford.
