I have a 24 GT with active exhaust that I'm saving up to get the exhaust done on and I loved the sound of Borla ATAKs on my 2012, so I'm looking to stick with them on the 24, however, I can only find them available as a catback system which comes with an x pipe.

Would a Roush or Steeda H pipe with resonator delete fit in place of the x pipe in the catback system, or am I stuck with an x pipe if I want to run the ATAKs? Also, is the x pipe included in the catback system a resonator delete?

I really wanted to have an h pipe and go loud so if that set up isn't possible, what are some axle back systems that are louder like the ATAKs?

I have a 24 with the Borla S Cat-Back, AE and X Pipe. It does come with the Borla X Pipe and it easy to install. That said, it is loud so expect the ATAK system to be louder.

I talked directly with Borla and they do not have the H-Pipe to work with the CAT BACK System.

I as well am looking at two options. Confirm with Steeda and install their H Pipe or add Borla resonators in-line after the X Pipe.

There’s nothing stopping a custom h pipe to fit where their x pipe goes. You can even take any of the h pipe offerings out there and have an exhaust shop weld it in or just get the correct adapters so it’ll fit into the system. Borla just says it won’t work because they haven’t tested it. I have a switchfire with the s type system for my dark horse, and multiple people at borla said it wouldn’t work, but it works fine. You can piece together any kind of exhaust you want, all it takes is some cutting or welding if pipes are too long. I believe steeda has a video about this too

If you are going with the Borla S type, they sell those as axleback kits and you could use any H pipe you please at that point.
