After fixing some leaky gaskets, and whipple fixing my file issue, I have yet another problem. Did multiple on/off cycles to bleed the radiators, and they were no longer pulsating or releasing air after about 5-6 cycles. Took the car out on 5 test drives, each about 15-20 miles each. Never hit WOT but got up into the 5-6k rpm’s a few times. Car performed great. Temps were normal. No bizarre codes or messages. Coming home from the last test drive I noticed a faint “knock”. Got home, and it’s sound like normal engine/supercharger noise with the hood closed but when I opened the hood it was extremely loud, louder than it when initially started the test drives. You can’t hear it when driving but it creeps back as you slow down to idle. Sounds like it’s originating from the blower. Sent whipple a email of the videos but I’m just looking to see if yall may know what this is. Car is parked in my garage until further notice to prevent any potential damage. I have attached videos. I know whipple suggest 5w50 oil, currently I have 5w30 as I planned on changing it after the test drives proved everything was functional. Car was driven roughly 80 miles, max speed hit was around 70 mph. Is the engine damaged?

urf man yeah sounds like a rattling pully or the rotors rubbing/rattling take the belt off and spin it by hand jiggle the pullys around see if you feel any looseness.

defiantly not good dont run it anymore as you dont want junk going in your engine if the rotors are rubbing :crying:

Ok man thanks. I think I’m gonna tow it to the local performance shop that’s a trusted whipple installer. This thing has been a major headache lol and I really don’t want to damage anything. Test drives were great so I’m hoping after they look it over they can fix whatever is wrong.
