Anyone have the AWE Touring cat back (non active)? If so any sound clips?

I saw on American Muscle they had an open box set with an additional 15% off. Ended up getting it for abour $830....from what i have seen it sounds great but i havent found many videos or sound clips on them. Hoping i got a deal!

I started off with the touring exhaust and then later bought the track conversion kit and installed it. But, after 5 months I think I’m ready to put the touring mufflers back on tomorrow. The track exhaust you definitely get more pops and is loud, to the point I set off car alarms at work in the parking garage, but the downside is the cabin noise/drone at 2k rpm. At the age of 42 it’s starting to get to me, so the touring exhaust is a good inbetween. Stock was absolute garbage so I had to do something! I don’t have any sound clips tho.

I actually ended up getting the Touring open box in American muscle for $750.

quite impressed! It sounds great and not a lot of drone at all. Startup is a little loud but overall very happy with it. I didn’t want anything too loud as I have a 99 cobra that’s insanely loud with Borla Ataks.
Agree that stock exhaust is trash !

We run the touring system on our Dark Horse and it sounds great. Deep muscle car tone to it without any rasp or rattling. We're swapping over to the track system today and will have some other soundclips available shortly.

We're an AWE dealer and will always do our best to match or beat any of our competitors. So if you're looking for a system reach out to us and we'll be glad to provide you guys with a quote on whatever AWE system you're looking at.

Check the 3:25 mark on the video below for how the touring edition sounds.

So does your system change with each driving mode or is this how it operates pre-startup?
It works just like the factory active exhaust does. Changes the tone with drive modes and you can manually change the sound with the exhaust mode button. So you can be in track mode and switch the exhaust to quiet without changing the drive mode. Or be in normal drive mode and have the exhaust in track mode.

Thanks! I read somewhere that without engine running, valve only went closed or wide open on AWE system.
