My German GT mirrors do fold after locking the car and I'm actually looking for a way to turn it off / set to manual.
Don't like the look and in many parking situations there's no risk when having them in normal position.

I think someone was looking for a way to ENABLE that using FORScan, but was not having much luck. Maybe hit that thread and provide your AsBuilt data and he can compare yours to his.

No Mustang has automatic folding mirrors.
Yes, power folding but not automatic which was mentioned above
Yes they do have auto folding mirrors in Europe.
When you lock the car, the mirrors auto fold.

Maybe not in the UK because they drive on the wrong side but in the EU they have this option.

This is quite an old thread and my reply was about the S550 which did not have autofold. At the time we didn't have any S650's here as none had been built but when they arrived they do indeed have autofold now in Europe including the UK

Mine does have the non existant folding mirrors. They fold with locking and can be retracted manually.
My car is US spec RHD.

Don't lie.
Yes I can read what I posted - as I said the S550 didn't have them and there were NO S650's in Europe in June 2024 for us to know that it had changed for the S650. It is called posting in good faith which seems to have passed you by. You accuse me of lies and yet are unable to read my response correctly - your problem not mine.

Not sure why you are so pissy about it. Maybe you need to go back to charm school?

US spec RHD?

The mirror design determines what happens. They are either the US spec mirrors (rectangular type shape) which can fold using the door controls or the Europe / ROW spec mirrors which are larger and can auto fold or manually electrically fold using the controls on the door.

Because you kept on dismissing what others say without knowing yourself what the EU spec has to offer. Even when Roket saw that there are parts for this feature you kept on dismissing it.

If you don't know something, don't act like you know. You dismissed different people in this thread and kept on commenting about it while you didn't know crap at that time about that subject.

Oh you do have a problem don't you :giggle: You seem to be completely ignoring my explanation (repeated thrice now) and just wanting to rant. If you had even bothered to read Roket's post properly you would have seen it referred to folding mirrors not autofold on lock, but then you seem to struggle with that sort of thing

I owned an S550 (no auto fold ever on any) and my S650 hadn't arrived in June (nor had any here and minimal spec details didn't show auto fold) which is the basis on which I posted.

If you don't like what I post just click ignore to save yourself the angst.

That'a the whole issue. People were talking about the S550 AND the S650 and you said they don't have it for BOTH.

What was your basis to claim this? Nothing. You did not even had an S650 as you said. So why talk about something you don't know and act like you know?

Your source:

"I'm European, so I should know better than you American guys. Even if I haven't got my S650 yet, I know better so you are wrong".

This backfired so badly.
