Are SYNC4 Personal Profiles available in Australia

Hi all,
I (reluctantly) need to share the driving of our Mustang MY24.5 GT with my wife and I'd seen youtube videos of people setting up personal profiles that match up to a key fob so the custom colours, mirrors etc save to the profile.

In my Mustang, the personal profiles option is not even listed under the Home/Settings for the car.

Is this the case for everyone? The car is pretty much stock, no Recaro seats etc so I am lost to know why the profiles would be missing. I am also not referring to the custom profiles for the dash, TC, exhaust etc

Personal profiles are only available when the seat memory module is present which no export cars have sadly.
