Anyone try to make the rear turn signal lights turn OFF sequentially?

Is there a way to reprogram the turn signal sequence? Same for the front lights turning on sequentially.

No. By "turn off sequentially," I mean that I want the lights to turn off one-by-one. I don't want to turn off sequential lights.

From the factory, they turn on sequentially and turn off all at once:
