Anyone seen or heard of any power train / engine failures as a result of installing a Wipple? I've searched the interwebs and it appears that all is quiet which is awesome.

I'm just about to pull the trigger on a stage 2 kit, but the warranty or lack of is still niggling in the back of my small brain. Having a Dark Horse with the upgraded internals help, but there is a huge leap of faith here.

I’m a huge believer that if you’re gonna have catastrophic engine/trans failure from a manufacturer defect it will be in the 1st few thousand miles.

I went stage 2 at around 3500 miles.

Nice. You make an excellent point. By the time my kit arrives I'll have several track days on her. That should weed out any gremlins.

No shortage of S550 10R80 problems with a Whipple...If I was supercharging a S650 I would plan on building the trans and installing headers (to get rid of the cats) at some point.
