I would have to say it probably depends on the manufacture of the spoiler but mine is at a flat level with the surface of my driveway and or roadway.

Splitter?

Front slightly down, rear slightly up, like 2 degrees. Check your class as well, as some have specific limits in the rules, like no more than 3 degrees. You also need to be aware of where the air is going after the splitter (radiator, coolers, ducted to brakes, etc.). You do not want to create a bunch of turbulence after the splitter, or you are defeating the purpose of why you installed it in the first place. Depending upon which model you have, Ford may have already smoothed out the airflow some under the belly pan.

Well, don't have a photo to post. When stationary it is not hard to visualize a flat straight spolier lip versus one with an X degree up angle. Now I know that aerodynamics will change the angle determined by speed pressure etc. I just trying to get an response to this as it has been bugging me for awhile.

By "upward," I think he means that the front is lower, and the rear is higher, so that air striking the top of the splitter travels "upward." 0-3° - probably less is better for most.
