Do the inside too or just the outside?

Personally, I alternate. I wash the car about once a month, more often if it gets really dirty. I clean the interior about the same interval, so I generally don't clean both on the same day.

If it needs it I do it.

Took a ride the other morning with the wife and went through some really fine dust when the car was wet that just coated the back of the car.
