I'm just waiting for a part number so I can order it.
not trying to stir anything. i dont think Ford will bring a part number. it looks to me like enough people complained about our missing fender liners that now, when they cut that section out for access, they simply screw the cut pieces back in place after they're done with the hole. this may be further reinforced by @roket, but i think your ford part number is gonna be a complete fender well liner that didn't get hacked up going down the assembly line. ps @bfets that kit looks like a great alternative as well.

Dude. That panel isn't water tight, nor is it meant to be. Nothing you use will achieve that. You're way over thinking it. And if you think a $100 JB weld kit is inexpensive, god bless you.
You will get used to his rhetoric. Basically if you don't do as he tells you then you are inadequate and your car will dissolve in 3 weeks.
