Adding Remote Start Keyfob to base car?

Start-X has made a plug-n-play for the F150s for years that works with the factory system. I have one in mine, and it only takes 5 minutes to install in the back of the OBD port. Uses the factory FOB and you just go into the dash settings and turn it on and set the climate options. They just came out with one for the 24+ Mustangs.

Do the European Mustangs come with the perimeter plus as standard? I'm in the US and I don't think any of the US cars come with that from the factory. I have the security pkg but the perimeter plus is above and beyond that from what I understand.

My car is a push button start and an auto. I believe all S650s are push button start and all EB Mustangs are automatic (unfortunatly).

Following. I too would also be interested to see if there's a way to get remote start working on a 401A with a 6MT via Forscan and coding a Key fob off of an automatic that has the remote start button.

I’d like to hear more about something like this, I have the same curiosity. Would it be possible to enable it in forescan for us 401A 6MT owners

Which ECU needs the settings changed in ForScan for this?

I found 7D0-09-01 in the APIM. Two rows with so many different options

Remote Start – Climate Settings (RSCS) • Remote Start – Driver Seat (RSDS) • Remote Start - Feature (RSF) • Remote Start – Passenger Seat (RSPS)

Remote Start – Rear Defrost (RSRD) • Remote Start – Steering Wheel (RSSW) • Side Detect (SD) • Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA)

I just need this function for the Air Con to start cooling the car.
