Great work. I do believe the GM was trying to be as fair as he could but obviously wasn't going to loose any money.

Keep us posted and I hope you feel relieved. I want to believe that if the GM was willing to go this far, which you documented , that the lemon law process will be smooth. Some good advice and debate here on the forum.

I've spoken to 5 different firms and as soon as they hear the case details. They send the contract immediately over email, which implies that I definitely do have a strong case. Now it's just a matter of whom I am comfortable with signing
