I have a 24 GT with the stock 255 / 19" tires on it now. It's a daily driver. I'll drive it in all of the weather that Virginia has to offer.
I may do an Auto-X session here and there, but nothing major.
I'd like to get some new wheels and tires and I could use a nudge.

I really like the idea of a staggered setup with a 325/285 setup, it does look best, but I'm also practical. I'm worried about racking up miles on a substantially more expensive 325 rear tire that I can't rotate (to the front) and may not be as good of an all season tire as something offered in the 285. I'd probably consider the Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 (not run flat).

For daily driver duties, and all weather needs, I think a square setup with 285s probably makes the most sense.

Do you agree? Am I missing some other option?

speaking from my past experience of owning an S197 for 5 years in New Hampshire, if youre going to truly daily this then id advise two things:

1: whatever you do, keep your current wheels and throw on a dedicated set of winter tires

2: with the above, ive driven my current S650 with 285/315s on NT555Gs with no issues regarding drivability, just make sure you dont cheap out with your tires and youll be fine.

I have that inclination as well, but I did survive with a RWD Ranger, with regular RT43 tires for years, all year. It was super light in the rear and did pretty well. In my part of VA, we don't get tons of snow.

I suspect the Pilot Sport All Season 4 will be better than the RT43 for the occasional white stuff. But, a much wider contact patch may make it behave differently.

I just recently purchased a set of 19x10 Gloss Silver Velgen VF5's to replace my OEM wheels. I'm going with a "Square" setup as I want to be able to rotate my tires and get as much life out of them as possible. The tire size I'm going with is 285/35/19 for all 4 wheels. My Mustang too is my daily driver.

I’m in southeastern part of VA and when I had my ‘’19 I ran 275/40-19 square DWS06’s and they were a very good tire. When I got my ‘24 I did a set of summer and a winter set.
Summer is staggered Indy 500s 285/35 325/30 on 19’s
Winter is BFGs Comp 2 a/s 275/40-19

Is the top shot the DHP1 in Gloss Graphite? I've been eyeing those Indy tire kits as well.

I've also got a Vapor ... and was considering that combination. Your timing is great!
