2026 order questions - FX package, Recaros, order bank timing...

My dealership couldn't start an order for me because they don't know when it starts. Also, the configurator for MY26 isn't live yet on Ford's website. That's probably why.

3. Already open. The PP1 is late availability, but non-PP can be ordered now.

I'm 99% sure I read that the recaros come as part of the PP version of the FX package. Also note that the wheels are different between PP and non-PP (both are white). The turbine style only comes on the PP.

The configurator is always late. But that totally separate from the ordering. The Order Guide is what matters. That has been out for while.
Not sure why your dealer can’t pit in an order Tim Bartz has been saying the order banks are open. They are not scheduling ‘26 yet, but they should be orderable.

The order guide does not say that.
The only notes in PP section, related to FX, are about the wheels and grill color.
The same notes are in the FX section, and there are no notes about Recaros.
The Recaro section has nothing about FX.

I read it in a press release somewhere, and photos of a non PP FX have been posted on this site showing different wheels and non recaros. I'll try to dig it up.

That PP happened to have Recaros, but it was an extra option; above the PP. The only requirement for FX is that it is a GT Premium. You can get any combination within that.
