I think ive just seen my first s650, its a gt,
From a dealer advertised for just under new price for one thats virtually new (few hundred km)

I guess i got caught up in the hype and wait times thinking these would never go down in price

It's probably a Demo, and the slight price drop could be that most of the enthusiast market have already ordered one new.....and many of us are still.....waiting.....!!.

Yeah I check that daily. I think you put me onto it awhile back.
Do you reckon once they’ve been cleaned, they’ll complete the compliance check? I.e that’s when we’ll know when they’re ready to be trucked from the port to the dealer?

I don't know for 100%, but it seems logical that they are only issued a Compliance Cert - once they have "Complied" with Customs and Aust Standards (which would be pre-approved), and are finally cleared to go.

Hopefully it will be AFTER today - to pick up a March Compliance.

Ours were buddies on Tortugas but unfortunately still sitting idle on the docks at Melb. Hopefully not too much longer!

Looks like another week has passsed and no progress. Let's hope next weeks our week! Hard to think that mine build was completed on 25/9/24! 5 months and counting! Not to mention that I ordered it in June 2023!

My Sales Manager informed me it would be Mid to late March before they cleared Customs "Cleaning", so I am not holding my breath - and expecting the worst (latest).
Mine was built 03/10/24 - 8 days after yours, so we are in the same situation - it will be at least 6 months after the build before we get our cars. Meanwhile the MY25 has already been released.

Crazy hey! Seems like a few options (like the wireless charging) was removed from MY25 models so not the worst result. MY25’s will come in 26 anyway! Haha
