Impressive camber plates
Road America was one of my favorite road courses.........lots of wide openness.........
Drivers seat has a custom made (fire proof) insert for tighter fit.

well some quick math here shows
145,000 for the car
3 sets per event of tires at 550 per tire= 550*4=2200*3= 6600*5 (races)=33000 for tires
fuel im going to keep very basic here and say 1 drum of fuel per race, MC runs VP 100E10 which is sold at 799/drum. 799*5= 3995
and then theres the registration cost of 22,175 for the season.

so not counting for team members, cost of shipping the car from place to place, or any shop costs

204,170 for the first season
59,170 when you take the car out of it.

The Crew/travel is the most expensive part, beyond car up-keep especially if any damage happens. Also, must figure per race cost of engine/trans rebuild at end of season. Easy $50,000 per race weekend without the car if you own your own Team add Rig/Trailer, professional Awning, plus car $500,000. So all in $750,000 and not surprised if you need $1,000,000.

My guess Teams are charging $75,000 per weekend, you supply the car and pay for all damage. That would cover, entry, gas, tires, crew (crew=5men, 1 marketing, 1 Crew Chief, travel, lodging, OT pay, food, rental cars, airline tickets, by the way IMSA weekends Hotels are not cheap within 30 miles of the race) transport of car the entire season.

How do you have $1,000,000 in Racing, start with $2,000,000! (as the old saying goes)
