Sounds like the intermittent idler pulley noise my toyota 3.5 makes.

Did the TICK start after an oil change? Thx. I have 450 on mine with no Tick. I have 2 older v6 toyota's that make all sorts of noises but run strong and use no oil.... apples and oranges I know.

With 10 qrts oil and larger radiator car should do at least a lap or two.:frown: I thought diff would be a problem with small lube capacity. I think someone is trying to sell oil coolers.... need more data points.

No regrets. I wish the exhaust was a little quieter in quiet mode but it is a sports car. Fit and finish are perfect. Looks like a well built car to me.

HP went backwards. That happened for a reason. Never turn a motor off right after a run. I didn't see fans. Time will tell. Great dyno equipment and accurate HP numbers no doubt.

Run from that dealer.

Car was not adequately cooled. After one run he immediately turned of the motor. All bad data. Would never take my car there.

What gear lube and weight? Did you add the friction modifer?

Pennzoil Platinum 10W30. Don' t need 5W in South Florida.

Wonder why engine breaking reduces the oil change interval?

Very robust oil. It sheared a bunch. Looks like 5W20. It's good you changed oil.

That color really tones down the hood vents and plastic front enr.
