Don't have a 2024, but everyone's cars here still seem pretty new, not a lot of mileage - one thing this could be, is Ford built-in an "accelerated oil life decrease" when the cars are new and still have low mileage. I've seen Honda does this with their newer vehicles (they have an OLM also...
I disagree. There may be some who fall into this statement, but the vast remainder that mention Mustang resemblance? Well, the vast majority (including myself) did not go into S650 wanting, hoping or looking for Camaro resemblance. They just saw it, plain and simple. Plenty on this thread, and...
Yes, most people I've been noticing in other forums, car site comments, etc., are all noticing some Camaro resemblance here or there, whether Ford intended it or not - I'm sure we'd all love to know if the design team actually wanted to make S650 look like the outgoing Camaro intentionally!
I come from an industrial design training and background. We often always discuss car design, it's part of the business. Car design spawns from Industrial design itself.
There's a certain element of subjectivity, but this type of discussion boils down to the following - overall, there are one...
That's a new one, never heard of "diaper" to describe a chunky matte black diffuser
Kidding aside, my initial impression is that the way it was executed there on the S650 cheapens the rear, but again, let's see how other views, and also other trims/versions of S650 diffuser look...
Yup. Plus, many on here who comment about the way it looks are open enough to say they're waiting for final judgement, which is the open, mature thing to do; many have been seen stating this.
Yup, this.
Plus, assuming that info was correct, what does "2 manual options" mean? It could mean available 6 and 7spd manuals; or, it could mean both MT-82 and Tremec availability once again.
My initial impressions too. Yes, let's see what different views and angles do to these leaked pics.
My thoughts for now, are the rear end and lights look... the worst. The lights look very un-integrated into the rear end. This whole redesign (exterior, anyway) is like change for the sake of...
For sure. What's interesting is, if this particular covered prototype isn't a GT, what other above-GT higher-performance model it might be, if the hardware was too much to trickle down for GT pricing - and whether such a model will be at the reveal.
My initial thoughts as well. I actually had these same wheels on my previous 2017 Black GTPP (very few North American 15-17 GT Performance Pack cars got these hyper silver finish from the factory; more were in Europe obviously)
Also, it could be distortion of the mule image, but if you look...
This is pretty normal for most of the S550 Mustang variants with active exhaust and dual tips. (GT, Mach 1, GT500), that are especially run hard.
Anytime Track Mode is used extensively, exhaust bypasses the route which would take some gasses through the outer-most-tip, and makes the gasses pass...
Nice quick work - this basically was how it looks in my mind, including the slanted/bevelled area of the lower main grille (will confirm, the leak is still quite grainy).
The exterior, when the dust settles and folks soak it in, will more than likely be fine.
The interior is the where it may...
