    What RPM do you guy normal keep it under for the break in period. Manual doesn't say. It just says avoid excess speed

    I currently have NJ temp plates and will be transferring my NY plates. Car is new. Do I need an NJ inspection sticker until my NY registrations arrive? Also, how long until I get my NY registration?
