  1. Taillight Out

I had a young lady bring her 6 mo, 7K mile '24 GT in this week for the left turn signal blinking too fast. Bulb, right? Easy, right. Oh nay, nay! The taillight is a sealed unit, and replaced as an assembly (must be LED's), and the back bumper has to come off to replace it. Its done and gone, and...
  2. MBRP Exhuast?

A coworker just installed this same system with a double h pipe on his car last week. The quality of the sound is excellent but the volume is way more than I would care for. There's another poster stated it is basically straight piped and loud as hell. The quality of the product was excellent as...
  3. Front Chin Spoiler

RTR one was bigger than I cared for, and I've heard was a different texture than the factory stuff. I have no problem with RTR at all, just the size.
  4. clutch line recall parts - when are they available

If there is a part involved, it must be charged on the repair order at the proper price, and the correct labor time and code must be there as well. Anything thing else is warranty fraud, and a (rightly so) firing offense. There are no "recall police", nothing says you have to do it, if you...
  5. clutch line recall parts - when are they available

Nothing will close a recall except a repair order indicating that has been completed submitted by a Ford dealership and paid through the warranty claim system. It will stay on Oasis forever otherwise.
  6. Uneven Ride Height After Ford Performance Track Spring Install

Every vehicle regardless of price point has a ride height variance spec In the workshop manual. I don't know what it is for mustangs and I'm not going to bother to look but I can tell you that on a Lexus ls460 that it was plus or minus .75 in from side to side. That sounds like a lot, but you...
  7. Roush - You there?

W had some Stage 1 and Stage 3 cars from them, never aw a Stage 2 car ever. The Roush F-150's sold big for us for a while.
  8. Roush - You there?

I can tell you that their dealer support is almost nonexistent... we did not renew as a Roush dealer for that reason. I'd always been a big supporter in the past.
  9. First performance upgrade recomendations

Then I would encourage you to do so. The rails make things easier, plus the four circled areas are on the pinch weld. May not be an issue to use the others if you have a lift, but for at home work, I like and recommend the rails.
  10. First performance upgrade recomendations

There really aren't any factory jacking points except the painted pinch welds, which are easily scraped. The rails just make it easier to lif the car with no damage.
  11. Start/Stop failure

They will charge to 100% but it takes half a day on Ford's Rotunda machine, and is really not practical. The machine will recommend a recharge at any point over 60%.
  12. First performance upgrade recomendations

I forgot the jacking rails, money well spent if you ever have to raise it up at home
  13. First performance upgrade recomendations

Oil separator/catch can. Not sexy, or loud, but will increase the longevity of the engine.
  14. Start/Stop failure

Low battery voltage will also disable start stop, I think it requires a state of charge above 80%. Doesn't sound like that is your case, but is common on any vehicle with an AGM battery.
  15. Question For those with Steeda lowering Springs.

One of the techs did this on an employee's Mustang this weekend, and was able to align it with no issues
  16. This could be interesting..

My phone did not pair for some reason this am, so I drove to work in silence and see that I have the same dash noise as described by the OP. In 6 mo and 4K miles, I never heard it, and am not going to worry about it now. Yes these are problems, yes you are entitled to have them fixed, but at...
  17. Non active exaust

I got the NXT quad tip axleback with a Steeda H pipe and really like it. Axleback was under $500 and all polished stainless. I did have to trip the valance. I've had Roush before and loved it, but the ones I saw were a lot more expensive.
