I really like that a lot. As other mentioned some of the aftermarket choices look like the cow catcher on a train and I did not like that. I ended up with the Air design One because I got it thru work at a discount and used ford pass points. If I didn't have it that would be the one I would have...
Smurfslayer, I don't know where you are in Texas, but I moved here from Pennsylvania in 1989 and would never look back. I'm just south of Houston in a little place called friendswood.
I've had mine for 7K miles and 10 months of daily use, only time I've been over 30 miles from home was last weekend when I did a 500 mile road trip. I can honestly say that there is nothing that I don't like about the car.
I don't have any problems with most aftermarket warranties, and the few that suck we just don't accept. Keep me on the phone over 30 minutes, I'm done and will hang up and will tell the customer that I'm not dealing with it and if they want me to fix it they can pay. And our service manager...
With any tent, you have to give it a few days to level out. I don't know how many times we've been in class at the dealership and have people complain about bubbles and gaps around the lines like yours in 3 days later in the sun they're all gone. It's probably the case with ceramic as well
Its probably $10 for the plastic and adhesive, and $90 for being smart enough to think of it :)
Ford's rust warranty covers perforation or actual holes only.
With as often and as long the plant closes, its a wonder that any of us have cars. No way to tell how many people wanted a car, had money for a car, and bought something else because they could not get a Mustang.
Those ae body and serial data codes, I just checked OASIS and mine has the U053B. There is a SSM that says that unless these codes are accompanied by a warning light and additional codes, they are to be disregarded.
If any manufacturer is unhappy about added markups, believe me its not for your benefit. They sell us vehicles for a set price and don't give two fucks whether we make money or or sell at a loss. They are just pissed that extra profit is being made and they aren't seeing any of it. If there is...
Well, the Raptor guy agreed to the price, then wanted us to send it to a local detailer dor ceramic, which costs $2,500 there (one of the techs said that buyers buddy owns that shop), We offered to send it out to another shop for $1,495 and he would not agree, obviously trying to steer it to his...
Smurfslayer speaks the truth. You have the right to ask that things be corrected to your standards if it is possible to do so. I personally cannot understand why, after a year of production, we are still seeing these issues. I can only assume that a combination of complacent union labor...
I put an h pipe on my non-active exhaust car and really liked the sound. I did not like the single tips and ended up buying a Cat-Back system with quad tips. It is by NXT and was under $500. There is a template on the site here to trim the rear valance for quad exhaust. It is a little bit louder...
It looks exactly the same as the factory one, which is... painted.
I get that I'm old, but I don't understand the obsession with everything matte black on a car. I'm considering painting mine Grabber Blue!
And here is where 99% of you will hate me, I don't like black wheels AT ALL. Mine came...
Not to be obtuse, but how is this hood vent an improvement over, or 'cooler' than the factory one? Based on past ecperiences, flat black parts do not age well.
Thanks Steeda, I'm just glad that someone is making parts for these cars. I may or may not get one, but everything else I've ever gotten from Steeda has been first class. Someone once said that quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.
Same shade for less $ is good. Either way, it seemed like a lot to me for a sun shade, but I think its worth it. Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten.
