Either go white spoiler or black spoiler without the top of the decklid blacked out. Would also consider wrapping or getting a blackout panel for the trunk
Its probably physically locked like the dodge and jeep ecu's. I disagree with locked ecu's but I understand fords point here. Look up stangmode. This guy bought a gt500 and tuned it so far it grenaded the engine and then tried to take it in for warrantee work. The dealer was ,BRUHH! we've seen...
YEs it will fit if its the factory lump spoiler or as i call it the we drilled the decklid for you hole cover. There are a few posts about Darkhorse replica spoilers and some have found PP take offs on ebay. There is even a PP spoiler rep...
More than likely ford is trying to cash in on the tune/accessory supercharger market. Most computers are locked these days whole right to repair thing that manufacturers hate. Theres two ways around a locked ecu, crack the coding or physical bypass and removal. The 2015 and up dodge/jeep modules...
More than likely 2 sided tape. If its for an s550 the mounting studs are in different places on the s650. I did look at their site and it doesn't show any studs. If you like it just get some 3m vhb tape and adhesion promoter. It will stick.
Only difference is the forged rods from the predator engine. Unless you can compare dimensions to see if they are longer or just more durable. Ring gap will kill an engine quick.
Tune. palm beach managed to pull the data and compared it https://www.google.com/search?q=24+gt+vs+dark+horse+tune+comparison&oq=24+gt+vs+dark+horse+tune++comparison&gs_lcrp=EgZjaHJvbWUyBggAEEUYOdIBCTE4NjQ2ajBqN6gCDbACAQ&client=ms-android-att-us-rvc3&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8
I have this pannel fit is good and very close. If you have taillight covers on like i do, the hard acrylic ones, you will either have to remove them or shave the pannel or covers down. I also saw a two piece upper lower but i can't remember where.
Hes not wrong though. The factory throttle maps are kinda meh, and by kinda i think they were programmed by an under caffinated sloth with narcolepsy. I use a cheapo amazon throttle controller it helps not sure if there are any better or worse than the more expensive ones.
Meh its the parts farm they are hit or miss. The owner i belive his name is rob. his first line of defence when somthing is wrong is to belittle and blame the buyer for not reading the listing and then loves to tell you you're on his wall of shame. God forbid you leave an honest review about...
The factory vent is removed from the cervini design. Which is what exhausts the air up and over the hood. No vents or two small such as on the s550 causes lift as the air can not escape. The front grilles on the car are more then sufficient to draw in air. No vents on the hood and adding more...
Which you dont want on a newer car it has the opposite effect due to the sealed engine bay and high pressure airflow from the grille its not a 60's era muscle car the aero is completely different. It stalls the airflow turning the hood into a parafoil.
I was referring to the end that faces the winshield will need to have vents to release underhood pressure or you will generate lift. The engine bay is largely enclosed with underpanning. Its not like the older generation open bay cars.
Yea cut through the marketing bs its a frigging a ev. Its same problems different century. Its failed every time its been tried for the same reasons. People are tired of having a massivly dead end concept forced on them. If there wasnt a huge push by the government to keep beating this dead...
Love seeing new products and for those who are cowl fans this is a huge win but this removes the grille that is functional on the car hoping they have it well vented on the rear of the cowl. Would like to see something more aggressive but less blobfish looking. Just a personal preference here.
