I was going to reply with that exact same answer. Mine was a 2018 and a dealer actually replaced the operator for the back window once under warranty. When it happened again I decided to try silicone spray and never had the problem again. Sprayed it once a year and never had to worry about it.

My experience is with an iPhone 12 Pro with no case. Sometimes the wireless charger is more a phone warmer than a phone charger. I have had a few issues intermittently using iPhone with Apple Maps. I have also had occasional issues with the guidelines for the back-up camera not showing up. I believe the issue is not iPhone or Car Play, but rather Sync 4.
