As @samson posted, the NOCO charger should start at the first red light (25%) and slowly go up to 50%, 75%, 100% (green) from there. My first charge took about 48 hours (not continuous).

You can't miss the RED plastic cover on the left side of the engine when you are facing it. Pop that cover off and you will see the Positive charging/jumping connection. The Negative post is on the Left strut tower.

Can you check the battery voltage WHILE you are charging? If so, is it different that without the charger connected? In any case, it sounds like return time.

Wow! 120 miles and it still took 4 hours to "green". BTW: I don't think it ever goes solid green. Do you have a decent multimeter than can measure DC Voltage?
