Prochargers use air/air intercoolers which don't use fluid to help cool the air being compressed into the engine. It's just using air outside of the vehicle to pass through the fins of the intercooler to help cool the air inside of it before it enters the engine.
Whipple uses water/air...
Thank you for your business! We really appreciate it. Please make sure to do a product review of the X pipe once you install it on your car. Thanks again!!
They make a great kit. Just don't think they have the cooling technology that Whipple does on their Gen 5/6 blowers. Any of my Gen 5 blowers have no heat soak whatsoever. My 2020 GT500 CFTP with the 3.8L went 8's without any cooling mods other than what comes with the Whipple kit (intercooler...
As mentioned tuning will be the biggest hurdle for all of the forced induction companies. If you don't have access to the tuning the kit itself won't really mean much.
Trust me there won't be any issues with airflow at all. These kits are already in testing and from what I hear have been performing amazing. The intake tubes will be large, the inlet on the blower is huge and it will be fed by a large single throttle body. Extensive flow testing is done on not...
Procharger is indeed another awesome brand. We've been selling them for many years. It will be interesting to see how quickly they can get the tuning side of it down with the new PCM's the S650 has.
It really comes down to tuning. If you can't tune the setup then the setup does't work. At the moment I believe Whipple is the only one with a kit in the works where tuning isn't an issue. They have access to it already. If the other forced induction manufacturers eventually gain access it will...
Corsa in my opinion is the best sounding exhaust. Depending on if you go with headers and how loud you want the car to sound will determine whether you should go with the touring or sport/extreme setup. I personally have heard both of these setups on an S650 and they sound ridic.
We will have...
Removing the resonator and replacing it with an X or H pipe will sound great. The factory resonators dampen the sound quit a bit. As far as drone goes I wouldn't expect any from the resonator delete by itself. Only when you start adding headers and catback/axlebacks into the mix will that have...
The x and h-pipe resonator deletes from the 18+ will work on the S650. I've personally ran the Corsa XX on one of my cars and it sounded amazing. Really any of the offerings will sound good as they ditch the factory resonator and wake the car up a bit.
We have all of the listings available...
Sorry about that. There's 40+ SKU's from Ford Performance which are confirmed fitment for the 2024 mustang. We just didn't have the ability to list them all separately as it would be too time consuming. Here's a link to them. Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with in the...
There's nothing to be disappointed with. The Performance pack is bad to the bone. I had the opportunity of spending some time with one for a few days and it's awesome. The car drives so nice and the brakes are comparable to the 2020+ Shelby GT500.
I'll have tons of content rolling out once I...
Stage 1 uses the stock throttle body while stage 2 will use Whipples larger aftermarket throttle body. A drop in pump replacement, larger injectors as well as a different calibration are also what the stage 2 offers over the stage 1 most of the time.
You've got a great wife that's for sure! She's definitely a keeper. Happy Birthday as well!
Looking forward to assisting you with your S650 mustang parts purchases! If there's anything we can do for you in the meantime please feel free to give us a shout.
Thanks!!
We'll have options that don't require any welding. Our X and H pipes will connect at the front using the factory couplers. You'll cut behind the resonator and the other end of our X/H will slide over the factory piping where they get secured with the supplied clamps.
