  1. Top Gear reviews the S650 GT

If you want to cover your GT in stickers, knock yourself out. Not my car - doesn't even have the dealer's sticker or license plate frame. A sticker on the heat extractor and under the hood? C'mon man.

  4. Guy selling warranties

I thought so. Check out their website to see what option makes sense for you. I went with a $0 deductible because I figured I'd be in the shop at least 4 times over 10 years to break even. Higher deductibles will save you more. The prices below do not include day 1 rental, enhanced rental...
  5. Guy selling warranties

My third party contract on my 2008 CTS cost $3,517 on 10/15/07 for 96 mo / 120k miles through GE Auto Warranty Services with a $50 deductible. I paid $43k for the car. The Mustang is nearly $20k more expensive and the warranty price is less than half (granted - mileage variance, but still)...

  8. Convertible Boot Side Plastic Cover Panels

So I just found out the plastic bag in the trunk wasn't the gap filler for the convertible. It's actually underbody strakes designed to "help clear the air under the car for less drag and more downforce" according to the internet. These were supposed to be installed under part 3 of the PDI...
  9. S650 Convertible Owners

Confirmed. I didn't take a real close look at that bag in the trunk until I saw this and similar threads. That is the underbody strake found on the PDI checklist under #3 install loose ship items for DH and GTs with the performance package. I just made an appointment to get them...
  10. S650 slow......what's the truth???

No complaints here moving up from my V6 S197. Law enforcement may have a different opinion, but we've dodged each other for a week Tuesday.
  11. Guy selling warranties

I bought it. Well worth it for a decade of coverage. Go for the longest year/mileage combo you are comfortable with. It'll be worth it. I did 10 yr/60k mi @ $0 deduct. for my summer-only GT for $1,525 all in with every option except key fob replacement (I got a guy for that).
  12. Bad taste

Is the transmission manual or automatic? If MT there's your $1,000 right there. They did have that tax listed on the order sheet way back in March. I added it to my own calculations before I learned it only applied to MT. Good luck with the case, but even if you lose it's not worth walking...

You can also log into your Ford account and schedule a 30-minute virtual tour with a Ford rep to walk you through. I've been too busy driving to even set the pre-sets on the radio, but I imagine it will rain at some point and I'll need an activity.
