Sorry, I don't know what the range is, nor have I seen actual documentation that covers the procedure, but It definitely works when I shift at WOT between 6700-7000 RPM.
The GT and Dark Horse manuals both have no-lift shift. It requires going WOT and clutching close to redline. It doesn't cut ignition unless those requirements are met. Verified on '24 GT as well as my own Dark Horse.
Heat rejection has more to do with the material than the percentage of visible light transmission. Ceramic tint is the go to for blocking UV and IR. Go as light or as dark as you want but make sure it's ceramic based film. I went 15% all around.
I have a few Dark Horse Handling Package parts up for sale. I'd rather not be hassled with shipping so I'll entertain fair offers if you're local or willing to drive to Hampton, VA to pick them up to Dark Hors-ify your Mustang.
Items I know are HP specific:
-Springs (requires magneride)...
Ooooh I just remembered the vertical links that came with my stop the hop kit were not compatible with my Dark Horse (or any mustang with 2 rear calipers per side). I had to swap those out for the shorter GT500 style item 555-4130.
Yes, my HP had terrible wheelhop. A month ago I installed Steeda's subframe bushing system, subframe alignment kit, and subframe support braces and still had wheelhop. I just finished installing everything else in their stop the hop line and am waiting on my alignment appointment with Ford...
Not from the factory. Google Mustang Hydraulic Clutch adjuster and you'll find some aftermarket solutions. I swapped to the Steeda assist spring and it takes away some of the vagueness of the pedal but the engagement point is still near the top.
Care to share a link? I've look through countless pages of search results and I've not been able to find a vinyl roof option that mimics the stock painted option. Thanks!
I opted to use a tow bar mount solution for my Dark Horse but I have the Craig's Bracket on my Mach-E. They have the same sensor and my Mach-E works fine.
Installing the Steeda Nurburg Package on my Dark Horse so I have my suspension apart right now. If you're curious how the stock handling pack strut mounts are adjustable, here's a picture to demonstrate. The strut assembly has to be removed from the car to remove the 3 allen bolts.
