Do any of you guys put it into valet mode when you take the car to the dealer for servicing? Wondering if it blocks them out of anything they need access to for a standard service. I always find it annoying when you get the car back and find that settings have been changed, like seat positions...

I have the 10R80 and none of this happens on mine, so I would not consider it to be normal. I'd suggest you try a few different dealers until you find one whose technicians actually care. By gear skipping do you mean on the way up or down?

@Gunnar2015 I really don’t think your seat memory is functioning properly, did you try resetting everything like I suggested? If that still fails do as @A.alansari has suggested.

Super simples, see my post at #99 I had a little hood lift but was primarily fiddling with it to fix alignment. Literally a case of turning the rubber hood stops by hand a quarter turn at a time to check the effect on the alignment - zero tools and no risk of doing something you can't revert...

Have you tried deleting all driver profiles in the car and starting from scratch? I know the behaviour you're supposed to get is that the seat remains in the preset position you last chose - so in your case it should be on profile 3 when you get back into the car. Perhaps a low battery issue...

It should stay on whichever setting it was on when you last exited the vehicle. But if you’re both using different key fobs and taking turns driving the car I imagine it would default to position 1 each time you open it with a different key fob from last time - I don’t have any practical...
